The Digital Health Impact Framework supplements the Asian Development Bank’s Guidance for Investing in Digital Health. It provides a process to help digital health specialists in ministries of health, the private sector and those working with development organizations make well-informed investment decisions. Five supporting illustrative models accompany the manual as examples for how to decide on digital health investments.
