ECONOMY AND POSSIBILITY OF ECONOMIC CRISIS IN NEPAL

Abstract

The objective of research is to examine impact of industrial contribution, agricultural contribution, service contribution, and export trade and remittance inflow on GDP. The relationship in between industrial contribution, agricultural contribution, servi ce contribution, and export trade and remittance inflow with GDP is studied to study economic level of Nepal. The Possibility of economic crisis has evaluated with consideration of different economic variables. The various article and thesis related with r esearch paper are reviewed from Google scholar and research gate for comparison of findings. For the analysis of variables descriptive and casual comparative research method are used . SPSS and Excel are the tools of data analysis. The research paper has co nsidered seven years data for evaluation of variables using secondary variables. Secondary data and information are extracted from Nepal Rastra Bank website and Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies. The result shows the GDP highly dependent on varia ble of industrial contribution, agricultural contribution, service contribution, and remittance inflow. The analysis reveals that for the economic enhancement, economic variables are supposed to be focused. There is high possibility of economic crisis in n ear future however; economic development can make nation’s growth.
