John Webster’s play The White Devil is the primary source to obtain data to meet this objective. In the play, for instance, the major characters in the play are so lustful that they are involved in extramarital affairs inviting horrible destruction as the consequences. The study, Thus, has explored the causes that encourage people to commit adultery and explained the consequences of lustful activities.
