Many staff members are assigned high-demand tasks with very tight deadlines. After completing one challenging task, they must immediately tackle another similar task. This creates a highly stressful work environment, leading to decreased efficiency and effectiveness, as well as a poor work-life balance. The results revealed a strong connection between work-life balance and employee performance, highlighting the significance of factors such as working hours, training, incentives, perceived organizational value, and work-life balance in motivating employees to excel. Moreover, bank employees noted that fair compensation and rewards for their contributions enhance their productivity.
