In order to do so, the researcher applied mixed method research approach. He collected the informations through primary and secondary sources. After obtaining data, they were presented exclusively in tabular forms as well as graphic forms for the study. Then he has analyzed them. The data were analyzed in terms of variables such as school, sex, and scorers and a whole with the same variables and using the statistical methods of means and co-relation analysis. At the end, findings, results as well as recommendations have been made. The main objective of the study was to find out the consistency of the scores among raters of the District Level Examination final examination question set. From the study, it was found that the consistency of the scores was found very high between two raters. The thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter one is the introductory part which encompasses general background, statement of the problem, objectives of the study, significance of the study, delimitations of the study. Chapter two is about review of related literature, implications of the review for the study and theoretical framework. Chapter three is about design and methodology. It encompasses sources of data, sampling procedure, research tools, process of data collection, and data analysis and interpretation procedures. Chapter four is very important which includes the analysis and interpretation of data.
