There is no proper system to check sustainable parameters in Nepal. This project is focused on to study upon environmental, social & economical sustainable parameters in national residential building context by analysis various sustainable parameters. Then, analysis of residential building with SVAGRIHA rating system of India because in Nepal there is lack of proper rating system manually upon these residence.
