I used the students of grade seven as primary sources of data. After selecting the sample, I administered the test. Through the analysis and interpretation of the collected data, it was found that errors of mission constituted highest proportion of errors followed by errors of substitution. The thesis is divided into five different chapters. The first chapter, 'introduction' includes background of the study, statement of the problem, objectives of the study, research questions, significance of the study, delimitations of the study and operational definition of the key terms. In the second chapter, I have tried to show the store house of the knowledge by reviewing related theoretical literature, review of empirical literature and implementation of the review for the study. On the basis of which conceptual framework was developed. The third chapter deals with the methods and procedure of the study which consists design and method of the study, population, sample and sampling strategy, study area/field, data collection tools, techniques, data collection procedure and data analysis and interpretation procedure. Similarly, the fourth chapter consists of analysis and interpretation of the result. It subsumes analysis of data and interpretation of the results and summary of findings. After that the study carries fifth chapter, i.e. conclusions and recommendations consisting the specific parts i.e. conclusions and recommendations, policy related, practice related, and further research related.
