Abstract: Abstract This study examines the relationship between financial literacy and women empowerment. The researcher took financial literacy (financial knowledge, financial skill, financial behaviour, financial attitude, financial awareness as independent variables in order to evaluate the women empowerment with moderating variable age and education.. The data are collected through the different structure questionnaire survey and physical distribution of questionnaires to age group 18-44 of Kathmandu valley taken 385 samples of population. The data are analyzed using statistical software i.e. SPSS and data are collected using convenience sampling technique. The appropriate statistical treatment applied in research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (Correlation & Multiple regression) for relationship and hypothesis test. The research finding shows that financial knowledge and financial skills has negative and significant relationship with women empowerment. And financial behaviour, financial attitude and financial awareness has positive and significant relationship with women employment. Furthermore, moderating variable age and education has positive and significant. The finding of the research can be useful for reader to know to improve the financial knowledge and financial skills must need to improve to live standard of women to improve finance.
