Likewise, Singh and Malhotra (2016) stated perceived usefulness and subjective norm had positive impact on the behavioral intention to adopt online stock trading. The lack of interest from investors is the primary explanation for the sluggish growth of online stock trading (Abzari & Safari, 2005; Bagheri, 2006). Some investors are concerned that the technology may not be able to satisfy their stock-trading needs and others are unsure whether electronic stock trading will provide them with the competitive advantages and commercial opportunities they need (Abroud, 2012).Item Impact Of LIquidity Risk On Financial Performance Of Nepalese Development Bank(Faculty of Management, 2021-07) Shrestha, SapanaThis study investigates the impact of liquidity risk on the performance of development banks in Nepal by analyzing quarterly report of five development banks selected on the basis of their total assets from the fiscal year 2071/72 to 2075/76. The objective of this study is to identify the impact of liquidity risk factors on both top line and bottom-line performance indicators of development banks. Descriptive statistic unveil that average CDR is 75.77 which is .77 above the international standard of 75. Multiple regression analysis reveals that liquidity risk has non-linear relation with bottom lines Return on Average Assets (ROAA) and negatively affect ROAA, whilst significantly affects Return on Average Equity (ROAE). The liquidity risk has mixed impact on top line performance (Net Interest Margin) of the development banks. The findings of this study suggest that Nepalese development banks need to increase the level of deposits and core fund to gain the higher-level liquidity and financial performance.Item Impact Of Firm Specific Factors On Firm Value In Nepalese Commercial Banks(Department of Management, 2021-07) Singh, KabitaThe purpose of this study was to estimate and analyze the effect of dividend policy, profitability, firm size, and growth on firm value in commercial banks listed on Nepal Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. A quantitative method is used for this research with five companies as research object, measured by purposive sampling techniques.The descriptive, correlational and regression has been employed in this study. Firm value(Tobin’s Q) was taken as dependent variables and whereas Company growth(GROWTH), dividend policy(DPR), profitability(ROA) and firm size(SIZE) were independent variables.The results show that firm size, dividend policy, profitability and growth have significant effect on firm value in financial sector companies in the period 2015-2019.Simultaneous results also show that dividend policy, profitability, firm size and growth had some effects on firm value.The data were collected from the Banking and Financial Statistics and Supervision Report published by Nepal Rastra Bank, and annual reports of selected banks. The regression models were estimated to test the effect of bank specific variables on performance of Nepalese financial institutions.The study recommended that the commercial banks board of directors, chief executive officer and marketing officer, stakeholders are taken carefully decision about company growth, firm size, profitability and dividend policy variable to increase the firm value.Item IMPACT OF GREEN MARKETING ON CONSUMER BUYING DECISION OF GREEN PRODUCTS IN KATHMANDU DISTRICT, NEPAL(2021-07) PANTHI, KIRTIThere has been an increasing concern about environmental issues in the world.
