Abstract: The main objective of this study was to identify the factors that affect in learning mathematics of Pode students. To fulfill the objectives of the study, the researcher had developed the conceptual understanding frameworks. This is qualitative study so, the study adopted qualitative design as well as descriptive. Among 98 secondary schools from Kaski District, only one school was chosen purposively for the research of the Pode students of lower secondary and secondary level. Tools of the data collection were used as case study, interview, observation and written documents. This study shows that different factors that affects in learning mathematics of Pode students such as parents education, gender bias, parents occupation and economic status, learning opportunity at home, physical and educational environment of school, teachers and peers behavior towards them, social factor, culture and customs, teaching learning process etc.
