Abstract: Impact of Tourism on Livelihood in Sankhuwasabha 'A Case Study of Tinjure_Milke_Jaljale and Guphapokhari Area' is representative of the reality Main thrust of the study is to assess the level of awareness among the tourism in rural are ato identify the problems faced by local people and to explore impact of tourism. Present study was carried out mostly on the basis of exploratory researchdesign as because the study was done focusing on constraint and potentiality ofimpact of tourismon livelihood in the study area. The collected data were both qualitative and quantitative. Both primary and secondary data were used to describe and analyze the study area. Interview and observation are main tools of data collection. This area has a different challenge which stands as hindrance in the pace of tourism development in this area. Lack of sufficient infrastructures ware seen as the main problem in tourism. The majority of local people have not proper knowledge and awareness regarding the internal and external tourism.They are not getting proper support from state sector. Despite having many challenges this place has more potentiality for developing this area as the focused tourism sector for the development of rural area.This area has great future to be developed as tourism place in near future if the challenges and constraints are mitigated in the proper way.
