dc.description.abstract | The focus of this research is why the central character Brida wants to live in spiritual, magical world and how does she succeed to obtain her desired existence in the spiritual world. This research work analyzes how Brida dares to accept every situation in life like dangers, fears and difficulties to make her identity as a witch imbued with the sense of her free existence. Self-discovery is the principal factor of this thesis; Brida feels incomplete and unsatisfied with her previous identify as a normal human being. Then she decides to transform herself as a witch. She goes through many trials and tribulations in her journey. She accepts all the challenges which come during her journey of self-transformation. Finally, she becomes successful in attaining her aim. The main conclusion drawn from this research is: desired existence is possible if one goes ahead with the search for it continuously even by risking one's journey of life against fears, failures and disappointments. | en_US |
