By taking the interview with expert, teachers, students, class observation and achievement test among about 100 candidates the data were collected. Participants were selected by simple random sampling method. The data were analyzed by survey design. Responses obtained from class observation and achievement test were analyzed by three point likert scale with the help ofweightagemean, contents of text book, olddocuments, teachers and students responses, physical availability etc. were analyzed by factual description. From all the above efforts reliable causes of possible problems were noticed. School administration, parents, teachers, publications, students, andacademic policy of nation all are responsible for the problems. Also regular school observation by resource persons, standardized government policy, honest administration, motivational evaluation of teachers and students and constructive encouragement etc. can be the possible remedial measures to decrease the problems. |
