PocketQube is a type of miniaturized satellite that is smaller in size compared to traditional satellites. It measures 5 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm and has a volume of about one liter, making it one of the smallest satellites in existence[1]. These tiny satellites are designed to be lowcost, quick to build and launch, and capable of performing a variety of functions in space, such as communication, remote sensing, and scientific experiments[2].en_US
The objective of this project is to develop a PocketQube Deployer that can efficiently deploy small satellite payloads into space. To achieve this goal, the project involves conducting extensive research to analyze various deployment mechanisms and selecting the most suitable design for the PocketQube Deployer. The design process will involve modeling and simulation to ensure that the device is reliable and meets the required specifications. The fabrication stage of the project involves constructing and testing a prototype device using various materials and manufacturing techniques. The aim is to create a low-cost and efficient solution for deploying small satellite payloads, which will contribute to the growth of the space industry and advance space research. This project seeks to design, analyze, and fabricate a PocketQube Deployer that can meet the needs of the space industry by providing a reliable and cost-effective means of deploying small satellite payloadsen_US
