Abstract: This is a descriptive case study to reveal the facts and situations to the girl's participation in Higher Secondary level mathematics in grade XI. The main objective of this study is to find out the factors of low participation of girls in learning Mathematics at higher secondary level. This is a qualitative research with case study approach This study finds out the reasons or factors of low Participation in Higher Secondary level Mathematics . The study was conducted and analyzed based on the conceptual understanding on which information and data were garnered. All the data were derived from interview, classroom observation, school document analysis. The study found the low participation of girl's in Higher secondary level mathematics. This study clearly showed that the following factors teachers attitude towards participation girls mathematics, parents attitudes towards girls mathematics, girls interest, early marriage and social impact do on participation Girls and play the vital role for increase participation at Higher secondary level mathematics. Parents economic condition is another cause of low participation girls at Higher level mathematics. It shows that parents good economic and academic back ground has the greatest impact on daughter's education, which was also a major finding of this study.
