The informants were selected using non- random purposive sampling procedure from Baynsi and Kadel VDC's in Bajhang District. The data were collected with the help of interviews and questionnaires. The second chapter includes review of related theoretical literature, review of related empirical literature, implication of the review for the study and conceptual frame work. The third chapter covers the areas of methodology. likewise, the fourth chapter presents the analysis and interpretation of result and summary of the findings and the fifth chapter includes conclusions and recommendations and three different areas (policy related, practice related and further related).
