Abstract: In the context of entrepreneurship, understanding intentions is crucial because it reflects the willingness of individuals to engage in entrepreneurial activities, which is a precursor to venture creation. However, in Nepal, there is a lack of in-depth research on how institutional environments influence entrepreneurial intentions. This gap in the literature highlights the need for further investigation into the relationship between institutional environments and entrepreneurial intentions.
