Abstract: This thesis entitled ‘situational Analysis of differently able Students’ is the study of Differently Abled Students of Tribhuvan University. This study has been attempted to find socio-economic as well as demographic situation of Differently Abled Students and to identify the problems faced by them in Tribhuvan University as well as in the society. This study is conducted on the basis of primary data collected from 29 respondents of different departments of Tribhuvan University. Majority of respondents are from Hindu religion and the rest are from Buddhist and Christian are followed to other religion. Among the 75 percent of physical disabled, 55 percent of blinds are from Hindu religion, where as 20 percent physical disabled, 22.5 percent blind are from Buddhist religion. And about 5 percent physical disabled and 22.5 percent blinds are from Christian religion. From the study report it is found that more than 60 percent physical Differently Able Student attended the University. Similarly 77 percent blind student had attended University, whereas 40 percent physical Differently Abled Students did not attend their class, similarly 23 percent blind had not attended their class and in total 65 percent of Differently Abled Students attended their classes whereas 35 percent of Differently Abled Students did not attend their classes. From the analysis, it can be concluded that disabled people are living in low socio- economic condition and in some cases they are deprived of consuming facilities. Disabled people are more vulnerable of being handicapped and often discarded from the household affairs. From the analysis it was found that 41 percent respondents were from Humanities faculty likewise 41 percent from education faculty. Similarly 14 percent and 4 percent are from management and science faculty. From the study it is also found that 50 percent male were studying in education faculty and 10 percent from management faculty, whereas 42 percent female students from humanities faculty, 30 percent from management faculty, likewise 14 percent from education faculty and 14 percent also from Science faculty. It is a fact that disability hinders social life of the person. It has been found that disabled people are facing difficulties in different social affairs; the universal problems are the problem caused by disability. The question of human right of the disabled people is also an emerging issue because their human rights are systematically violated some is found to be ill treated, discriminated and dominated. There is significant number of disabled people who are deprived of education and economic opportunity
