Abstract: The thermal comfort is an abstract term. Mathematical representation of thermal comfort is very complex as different individual have different preference and stimulation to thermal conditions. The basic factors that define thermal comfort are air temperature, radiant temperature, air velocity, humidity, clothing insulation level and metabolic rate. These factors can be controlled accordingly to achieve the best thermal condition for maximum occupant. The previous studies have been focused on the finding the analytical solution to the thermal comfort problem. Some simulation studies have been performed on the space ventilation, but this research takes an integrated approach to studying ventilation performance with computational fluid dynamics tools along with the study from analytical/empirical method .This research gives an insight to identifying some of the input parameters such as temperature and velocity for the inlets air in a conditioned space and the arrangement of inlets and/or outlets that helps in positioning and sizing of boundary surfaces for related fluid domain
