Evacuation route planning problem is to find optimal route through obstacle’s environmental graph from a specified start location to a desired goal destination while satisfying certain optimization criteria. Emergency Evacuation Route Planning [EERP] problem should be optimal for the best path configuration. Recently, a genetic algorithm based approach has been introduced to configure the optimal route for EERP problem. However, it has not done with increase of city or place, changing direction of source, goal and congestion place, and handling of heuristic information. Consequently, the performance of the genetic algorithm based approach deteriorates significantly. This motivates the research of the tasks. The simulated annealing algorithm based approach to find the optimal route for emergency evacuation route planning is an optimization algorithm similar to the genetic algorithm in principle. However, our investigation and simulation have indicated that the simulated annealing algorithm based approach is simpler and appropriate for EERP problem. Its performance is also shown to be better than that of genetic algorithm based approach in EERP. The first step of route configuration for EERP problem is to search an initial feasible route. A commonly used method for finding the initial route is to randomly pick up some vertices of the graph of cities or places. The tasks propose a heuristic method to search the feasible initial route efficiently and then, the heuristic method is incorporated into the proposed simulated annealing algorithm based approach, which takes less evacuation time to get optimal route configuration for EERP problem.Item Performance evaluation and customer satisfaction of Himalayan Bank (A case study of Pokhara Branch)(Department of Management, 2009) Shrestha, MenukaNot availableItem Performance Evaluation of Independent Power Producers of Nepal (With special Reference to Butwal Power Company Limited and Chilime Hydro Power Company Limited)(Faculty of Management, 2008) G.C., RajanNot AvailableItem Performance Evaluation of Mahilamilan Cooperative of Hetauda Sub Metropolitan City, Makwanpur(Department of Rural Development, 2019) Lama, KarinaAround 80% of Nepalese people are engaged in Agriculture in Nepal. In current scenario agriculture sector of Nepal is predominantly mobilized by womendue to the youth migration for job. Cooperatives are playing vital roles to develop agriculturein Nepal among which, 4072 cooperatives are managed by women. Almost all of them are running effectively. Mahilamilan Cooperative is also one of the prominent cooperatives operated by women in Makwanpur. This study aimed to examine social and economic status of the 2960 women members. However, the focus of the study was to be given to assess overall performances of this cooperative. This study evaluates the relevancy, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of cooperative efforts that have been performing in the study area. The study was to be designed under quantitative and qualitative case study methodology. From 242 sample populations, 132 sample respondents who are significantly benefitted from cooperative efforts were selected using simple random sampling method. Data was collected through household survey questionnaire. Qualitative information also was generated through focus groups discussion and key informant interview techniques. By the analysis of the study the major findings are that socio-economic status of women members are increasing due to co-operatives. In conclusion, Investment of Mahilamilan Cooperative is safe and return is satisfactory. Both the challenges and opportunities are almost in equal position so the cooperative is running effectively.Item Performance Evaluation of Mutual Funds in Nepal(Faculty of Management, 2012) Aryal, PabitraNot availableItem A Study on Revenue Planning of Everest Bank Limited(Faculty of Management, 2012) Dhakal, NarayanNot available
