Abstract: The present study entitled “Students' motivation for English Language Classroom Management in grade Eight of Biratnagar” is an attempt to identify existing techniques, explore the role of students’ motivation and to suggest participatory method in ELT classroom management by grade Eight English teachers in quantitative research.So, in order to collect the data, the primary and secondary sources were used. Four English teachers and one hundred twenty students of Grade Eight were taken as informants. The main tools for data collection were observation check- list and questionnaires. The raw data obtained from them were analyzed and interpreted descriptively. After analysis and interpretation of the data, it was found that teachers had used learner- centered techniques like pair work, group work, and discussions while managing classroom resulted in positive results for motivation students in ELT classroom management in Grade Eight. This thesis explains the background of students’ motivation and teaching is an important profession as well as difficult task to manage group of students with individual characteristics and desires. This thesis analysis the problem of the student motivation and suggest some remedy to solve the problem of motivation. Likewise, chapter two introduces different theories of different articles of various scholars which help to improve the thesis writing as well as to find out to manage the student for better learning in foreign language classroom. In same way, third chapter emphasis the design of study and the researcher keepscontinues his/her research by different sources. The research is designed by different secondary and primary sources. In this section many tools are used to collect the date and sample population is determined to conduct the research. Similarly, in chapter four,data is collected by observing the several classes of class 8. In this chapter the researcher observes the way of teaching of English teacher in different schools to find out how a teacher controls his classroom for better education. Similarly researcher wants to know how students cooperate with their teachers to manage the classroom for better teaching and understanding. As same as above in the last chapter the conclusion of the research is discussed for the better understand for other researchers to conduct their research for secondary sources. This section shows how teachers can motivation his/ her students to manage the classroom for better education and good understanding.
