Abstract: The Study on the Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice towards abortion was carried out by collecting Urlabari Multiple Campus Urlabari VDC. The respondents were female students of +2 levels between ages 15 to 25 years. The main objectives of the research was to explore the level of Knowledge Attitude and Practice towards abortion among late adolescents girls.Among the total 110 respondents, 89.10 per cent reported that they have knowledge on abortion and they have positive perception. The main sources of knowledge on abortion is friends. Most of the respondents 95.46 per cent reported that they have not applied method of induced abortion and just only 4.54 per cent reported that they have used method of induced abortion. Some of them they have suffering from complication of post abortion. Private clinic is the main place of abortion performance. One respondent said that in her neighbors one women was died from complication after abortion.
