Abstract: The present research study entitled“Delivery of Training by NELTA Members”aims to find out the delivery of training in teaching learning activities by the NELTA members and to explore their perception towards delivery of training. For that purpose, this study was carried out using both the primary and secondary sources of data. The data for the study were collected through observation checklist and questionnaire. Observation checklist was used to find out the delivery of training in teaching learning activities by the NELTA members,on the other hand, questionnaire was used to explore their perception towards delivery of training. For the primary sources of data, the researcher purposively selected fifteen NELTA members from different secondary schools of Rupandehi district. From this study, it was found that a majority of the NELTA members were implementing the skills in the classrooms what they had learnt from the training. Their perception towards delivery of training was found to be positive and they accepted it as an indispens able component of language teachers. This study primarily includes four chapters. The first chapter contains general background, review of the related literature, objectives and significance of the study. The second chapter mainly concerns with the methodology used in the study: the sources of data, sampling procedure,tools and process of data collection and limitations of the study. Similarly, the third chapter deals with the analysis and interpretation of data. The fourth chapter consists of the findings and recommendations of the study. Finally, references and appendices are followed in the concluding chapter in order to give validation to the research.
