dc.descriptionThe Covid-19 epidemic had an impact on almost every aspect of human life. To meet the pandemic's limits, people had to adopt new habits in their daily routines. Several studies have looked at the factors that influence consumers' intentions to use payment systems. However, few studies have looked into the factors that may affect customers' intentions to use QR payments. As a result, the purpose of this study is to fill this huge research gap, especially in the current context of Covid-19.en_US
dc.description.abstractCovid-19 had a substantial impact on society's views towards the use of paper money. Study on people’s behavior about leaving cash over contactless payment and the chances of its use in the coming days would be helpful. According to Tamang, Bhaskar, and Chatterjee (2021), amid pandemic, a flow in contactless payment and rise in number of newer electronic payment end users were seen in Nepal. A thorough study is required to determine the elements influencing behavioral intentions for using QR payment services throughout the covid-19.en_US
