Abstract: This is a case study about problems faced by Ex-Kamaya students in learning Mathematics. The purpose of this study was to explore out the main problem faced by the Ex-Kamaiya Student in Learning Mathematics. This study was the actual study of Ex-kamaiyaTharu Children's problems in Mathematics and it studied in taken from Shree Saraswati Secondary School, Durgauli, Kailali. Four Students (2 boys and 2 girls) were taken as sampled School. The researcher had been taken the detail information about poor condition in Mathematics terms. Though the researcher had used open ended interview, Observation, written documents and focus group discussion for information collection and describe logically about the problem faced by Ex-Kamaiya Children that Mathematics in primary level then the following result were found. The major reason of poor in mathematics in primary children is their hard labor on household work. Most of the children become absent many days in School due to their economic condition so the situation creates them very poor in Mathematics. Among the total students the proportion of boys' children seems to be better than of girls. It is found that the occupation of parents is related with their children education. If the parents involve in service than the children would complete full cycle and the parents involve in agriculture their children have not sufficient time for education. The student who fails in exam is the cause of lack of time and sufficient materials to be exercised. The homely environment and School environment is also causing of mathematical problem. Most of children who leave school without completing the cycle are from families within the low income. So the income and the learning mathematics have an inverse relationship. In this case study the researcher found that the main cause of being poor in learning Mathematics for Ex-Kamaiyas students are their socio-economic condition and their exercised culture(language problem). Because of their socio-economic condition they compel to do many house hold work to help their family. They notonly that but also compel to be as labour (worker) for their survival. These works makes them to leave the school continuously. Because of their mother tongue problem Ex-kamaiya children fell difficult in learning mathematics. Whatever they try to speak to teachers, they themselves feel hesitate and can't get chance to solve their confusion. So the income and the learning mathematics is inverse relation.
