Abstract: This research paper is about the impact of US Administration in the global arena and the chaos created out of the impact, which on the one hand has been causing genocide and on the other hand has been profiting the few American Capitalists as is represented in the movieRampage Capital Punishment. The movie shows the dual nature of American Administration. The façade of the American is truly good and benevolent whereas the inner core is extremely wicked which is the main source of the turmoil. The character Bill Williamson on the one hand criticizes the actions of the US government’s action on the other hand performs the same actions of killing innocent people and justifies his actions as the actions performed to preserve their democracy and freedom.
