Abstract: | The very nature of public relations maintaining goodwill between an organization and it's various stakeholders requires a high degree of professionalism. This research was done on how the Ministry of Health and Population established public relations during the Covid epidemic. The time of the covid epidemic was a kind of crisis time. This research has revealed how the Ministry of Health and Population established public relations at that time. At that time, when people were physically, mentally and emotionally weak, common people believed the information of the Ministry of Health and Population. The official information received from the Ministry's website was very important. People rely on official websites to get various information. It was forbidden to walk outside during covid. At that time, it was also the responsibility of the ministry to provide accurate and official information to the common people. |
