Abstract: The world specially developing countries is facing the problems of high growth rate of population in one hand and in other hand unwanted pregnancy specially for adolescents is very high. Adolescent girls are now suffering from harmful unwanted pregnancy risk due to lack of proper contraceptive knowledge choice, unsafe delivery and the problem of infertility. Reproductive health knowledge enables them to be enjoying safe reproductive practice, or reproduction, frees from mental illness caused by ill reproductive process. These are the major problem challenges for World health to emerge in 21st century. The study on Youth perception towards sexuality among the school and college students is carried out from Neelkantha higher secondary school. The objectives of this study are to examine the interrelationship between socio-economic, demographic variables and sexual behavior, to explore the sexual behavior among youth of the study area. The sample size 165 students are taken by using systematic random sampling method from Neelkantha Higher Secondary school and College. Among them 70 are males and 95 are females. They are taken from grade 9, 10, 11, 12 and bachelor 1st years. The eligible age for respondents is 15-24. Among them 29.8 percent of respondent’s household main occupation is agriculture. Around 95 percent have their own house and only 68.5 percent have landownership. Among respondents less percent were married. The mean age to marriage of respondents is 20 years. Among the respondents 61.8 percent eyes sex is basic human need. The main source of sexual knowledge is radio/TV. In the proportion of love only 33.9 percent have love with their girl/boys friends. Among them 30.5 percent are female and 38.6 percent are male. Love is started from age13 and end 22 years. It is intestines 33.9 percent have love but only 67.9 percent have planned to marriage with their partner. Most of the respondents have knowledge about masturbation 69.7 percent has knowledge it. The mean ideal age of marriage and sexual intercourse is similar which is 20-24 for female and 25-29 for male. Only 11.5 percent responds have sexual partner. Their sexual partners were husband/wife, relatives, sexual worker and other. Among the respondents 7.9 percent involve in sexual intercourse before marriage.
