Abstract: Multiple translation is associated with translation evaluation and criticism. It not only helps to provide fresh and up-to date knowledge to its readers but also finds out and compares the techniques employed in translating any piece of literature. Here, my study aims at finding out the techniques employed in translating cultural and linguistic words in the multiple version of 'YO HALLAI HALLAKO DESH HO' and compare them technique-wise and version-wise. For this purpose, I have collected the data from the English versions of 'YO HALLAI HALLAKO DESH HO' translated by three translators, analysed and interpreted by them thoroughly. The study mainly found out that literal translation is the most frequent technique of translation. This research report consists of four different chapters. Chapter one introduces the study in terms of general background, review of the related literature, objectives and significant of the study along with the specific terms. Chapter two deals with the methodological strategies used to carry out the research which introduces the source of the study, sampling procedures, process of data collection and limitation of the study. Chapter three incorporates analysis and interpretation of data. The data were analysed using simple statistical tools and anecdotal description and presented with the help of tables and charts.Chapter four includes findings and implications of this study. On the basis of analysed and interpreted data. Some findings have been listed and, in turn, on the basis of these findings. Some pedagogical implications have been made through which the researches of this field can take benefits.
