Abstract: This is an experimental research which is related in the field of teaching learning process of mathematics entitled “Learning Mathematics Through ICT Tool: An Experimental Research”, where tools was taken as Midas eCLASS Application. The objectives of this research were to explore the effectiveness of using ICT Tool for learning mathematics and to observe the students motivation while using ICT tool in teaching learning activities at secondary level. This research was quasi-experimental design having two groups, one is experimental and another is control group divided by coin tossing. All the students of private school at secondary level enrolled in Kathmandu district in 2075 were the population of this study. The researcher selected two private secondary school of Kathmandu district, one was Experimental and another was Control group. Experimental group was taught by using the tool of ICT and Control group was taught by Lecture method but other variables were tried to keep equivalent. Pre-test was administered on both group before the experiment started. However, the mean difference between achievement of experimental and control group was 1.10 but t-test result showed that there is no significant difference between two groups. After the one month post-test was administered on experimental and control group and calculated the mean (18.48),(14.4) and standard deviation (3.9),(4.7) respectively and compare between the students achievement of pre-test and post-test on both experiment and control group. This indicates that there was significant improvement in the post-test scores of experimental group. Finally, the researcher concluded that the students who were taught Set, Home Arithmetic and Area with the use of ICT tool got better achievement than the students who were taught without using the ICT tool.
