Abstract

In terms of social security and unions, the government has made considerable advancements. Investments in education, healthcare, and transportation have led to the construction of new practices of governance, thereby enhancing access to essential services and improving residents' overall living standards. GEFONT is daily life for people who are engaging with this labor organization and legal constructions characterized by contested instances of producing the right of labor. The main objective of this study is to connect social security and the role of GEFONT. To assess and enhance the implementation of social security in GEFONT, Nepal, with a focus on improving governance effectiveness and promoting unionism for the sake of the rights of workers. This study synthesizes extensive literature on social security among GEFONT members in Nepal, focusing on decentralization, corruption, civil society roles, gender and social security. Analyzing the data and gathered information will take descriptive method to address the objectives of the research. Descriptive and casual comparative design was used since the research focused on getting inferences from the finding on the impact of social security fund among GEFONT members. The social security fund issue raises complex challenges in balancing security measures and legal regulations with humanitarian concerns. Therefore, these issues and challenges should be addressed by intra-service cooperation, inter agency coordination and international coordination with the help in modern technologies and improved infrastructural development. Humanitarian practice is one of the major areas of the modern world. It has multiple implications in multiple fields. Circumstances and the nature of the worker’s demand as well as supply relevant ideas for the implications of the humanitarian principle. The social concern is related to the human avoidance of making people suffer from normal life challenges. As the crossing of social security itself is friendly due to the cultural, religious, and economic ties and similarities.
