One of the factors that contribute towards the development of rural sector is by using the IT in each and every possible field. To address the problem and find out the prominent solution in Ilam, implementation of e-judiciary was undertaken. Since, IT is the broad and vague concept hence its role is indefinite and outreach able but to address and being focused to the research problem, the development of e-judiciary and its effect after its implementation is chosen. Implementation of e-Judiciary mainly promotes for the safe-keeping of judicial information, acts as a platform to monitor all the judicial activities, speedy working environment, eliminates the low task paperwork, provides speedy justice service, transparency, better knowledge of the judiciary, improved knowledge of the law, accountability and easy access to public for case information and its details. Since the overall thesis is based on the problematic scenario of the role of IT in Rural sector for the development initiative, the implementation of e-governance using information technology in the Judicial sector is undertaken and the impact of IT in the government sector to overview the social and economic status of the rural people are studied. After the implementation of IT the output of work done in the public organization is analyzed in the court of Ilam which is directly related to the service to the local and poor people around. The formation of e-Judiciary provides the path for the rural community in getting access to the most common type of court information. Necessary training and Basic knowledge of computer is the most essential factor to amplify the knowledge of rural people, staff of government institution and lawyers around the rural area.Item Teachers’ and Students’ Perceptions towards the Use of Powerpoint in English Classes(Faculty of Education, Tribhuvan UniversityKirtipur, Kathmandu, Nepal, 2016) Khanal, ShishirItem Use of ICT in Mathematics Classroom: Opportunities and Challenges(Central Department of Education Mathematics, 2019) Madhukar, Ajad Amit KumarThis study entitled “Use of ICT in Mathematics Classroom: Opportunities and Challenges” is a survey research. The main aim of this study was to investigate the perception of the mathematics teacher and their competencies towards the use of ICT in mathematics class to find out the opportunities and challenges’ to practice ICT at secondary level mathematics teacher and students. The study was survey and descriptive research design, in fact mixed (quantitative and qualitative) method was adopted in this research. The researcher used combined Questionnaire form for teachers and questionnaires’ for students were used as research tools. The Questionnaire administered among 28 teachers and 32 students from different sampled school of Dhanusha districts. The Chi-square test was used to investigate the perception, competencies and the judgment of mathematics teachers and students towards the use of ICT in Mathematics classes. The information from the interview and observation guideline of sample students and teachers obtained in qualitative form and data given from students and teachers Interview analyzed by cross match method. The researcher found from this study that there were not a full proof plan to install ICT Tools into the school, no teacher training to operate special type of program into the school and especially in mathematics class. It was also found that there was a lack of relevant modern educational technology tool available in the school. although many of the respondent reply that they are interested in new technology that help him also to update their skill and knowledge and they use mostly smart phone to communicate online on the internet among their colleges.
