Abstract: Thisstudyentitled“English Language Proficiency of Students from Ethnic Groups: A Case Study of Community Schools in Baglung District”is in fact an apparent case study that aims at revealing the reality behind the poor English proficiency among most of the school students of ethniccommunities. It advocates the need to reanalyze the social level in order to improve the level of English proficiency. This research will certainly be a guideline for the educationalists and planners who are tending their best to bring a change in English education in Nepal.
