The researcher used purposive non random sampling procedures to select twenty secondary level English language teachers and fifty students of grade nine and ten from Panchthar district. Two sets of questionnaire were used to gather the teachers' and students' perceptions. The data collected from the respondents were analyzed and interpreted to meet the objectives of the study.
