The rapid adoption of electric vehicles in Nepal is driving the need for efficient and reliable public charging infrastructure. This study investigates exploratory data analysis and the implementation of dynamic pricing strategies at NEA CCS Ratnapark, a representative fast-charging station in Kathmandu Valley, using data from 62 public stations for contextual comparison.
