This movie Life is Beautiful, directed, played and co-written by Roberto Benigni and Vincenzo Cerami has been analyzed from the subaltern perspective that powerfully subverts not only the elitist ideology but also corrects the margin to make their future bright. This movie presents the subaltern characters with resistance and self representation changing their fate and raising their voice against the marginalization. They do have the sense of identity which they want to preserve and live with dignity.Guido, the central character of the movie tries his best to protest againstthe ruler or so called superior Nazi. His endless efforts ultimately offer him his success of fulfilling his dreams of life.en_US
