Abstract
Present research entitled“Social Status of Persons with Disability: Case Studyfrom Tribhuwan Basti VDC, Kanchanpur” has made an attempt to presentgeneral social condition of PWDs living in the same VDC, general views ofpeople on them and their problems. This research has got this form only after thesupportof many individuals and organizations.
First of all I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Prem Chalaune,Lecturer of Central Department of Sociology/Anthropology, for his valuablesuggestions and regular supervision.
I am highly indebted to Prof. Dr. Om Gurung, The Head of Central Department ofSociology/Anthropology for providing me an opportunity to conduct this research.
