Modern businesses are currently experiencing a tumultuous storm of change and uncertainty which have been brought on by quickly evolving technology, fierce competition, globalization, erratic government rules, shifting demographics, customer needs, and expectations, among other factors. For the organizations to keep going with the remolding, they must be proactive, adaptive, creative, responsive and innovative (Akinyemi, 2011).en_US
