Abstract

Limbu Social Political Institution has been playing a great role in Limbuan through Sawa Yethang Chumlung. It was more prominent in the past days. We can see its live practice seven in this time too. The norms and values of this institution is seen in Mundhum and various rituals of Limbus in Limbuwan. We need to explore all aspects of this institution and practice with modern norms and values of the society.
