dc.description.abstract | The present research study entitled"Classroom Dynamics in Case of NoviceTeachers"aimed to find out the classroom dynamics of novice teachers atsecondary level. This study was carried out usingsboth primaryand secondarysources of data. Thesample was20 novice English teachers fromdifferenttwentysecondary schoolsof Jhapa district. The teachers were selected by usingpurposive non random sampling procedure. The data were collected throughobservation checklist. Forthis, Iobserved 4 classesof each twentyteachersteachingin different secondary schoolsin Jhapa district. Observation checklistwas used to find out the novice teachers' classroom dynamics. From this study,it was found that majority of the novice teachers' classes were found poor.However, some teachers were found goodin some aspects. It was concludedthat novice teachers' classroom dynamics was not found satisfactory. Thestudy consists of five chapters. Chapterone deals with the introduction. Itconsists of background of the study, statement of the problem, rationaleof thestudy, objectives of the study,research questions,and significanceof the studyand operational definition of the key terms.Similarly, chaptertwo concernswith the review of related literature, implication of the review for the study andtheoretical as well as conceptualframework. Moreover, chapter threeintroduces the methods and procedures of the study. It includes design of thestudy, population and sample, sampling procedure, data collection tools anddata collection procedures.In the same way, chapterfour consists of results anddiscussionsof the data which has been done under the heading viz. results anddiscussion. Finally, chapter five incorporates summary, conclusion anddiscussion.Somesignificancefindings and implicationsfor the policy level,practice level and further research have been made.
