Abstract
Nepali traditional liquor ‘Raksi’ is a culturally significant alcoholic beverage
predominantly composed of ethanol. Traditionally, it is prepared using crude distillation
equipment, which are likely to induce inefficiency, inconsistent quality, and presence
of poisonous impurities such as methanol and amyl alcohol
Description
In many parts of the world, people have been making and enjoying drinks made
from fermented grains for centuries, not just for fun, but also for cultural, nutritional,
and even medicinal reasons
