Behavior”was carried out to find out the effectiveness of matchstick figures in
teaching different emotional behaviors and to suggest some pedagogical

purposive sampling procedure. For the study, I prepared a set of test items to
collect the required data. The data were collected by administering pre-test and
post-test. I myself was involved in teaching the students of grade six. The
overall finding of the study shows that the use of matchstick figures has a
positive impact in developing writing skill.

sources of data, secondary sources of data, tools used for the collection of data,
procedures for data collection and limitations of the study. The third chapter
consists of analysis and interpretation of the data. The findings derived from
the analysis and interpretation of data and recommendations are presented in
the fourth chapter. In the final section of the study, the references and
appendices are included.
