Abstract
This is a survey research related to the master's level students' attitude towards
semester system at University Campus, Tribhuvan University. The prime concern of this
study is to explore the Students Attitude Towards Semester System Implementation. The
objectives of this study were to find out the attitude of master's level students’ towards
implementation of semester system and to compare the attitude of students’ discipline
wise.
For this study the researcher select of students by taking through random
sampling 120 students and with 30 students of per faculties with 34 responses of the
questionnaire. The collected data were organized, tabulated, analyzed and interpreted by
using the statistical tools such as Weighted Mean and Chi-square test.
After analysis and interpretation of the obtained data, the finding indicates the
student of semester system have positive attitude towards semester system. And finding
also indicates there is no any significance difference between the attitudes of students of
different faculties’ viz. Education, Humanities, Management and Science. Researcher
was tried to find out the students attitude with different domain (Students' Attitude
Towards Semester System, Comparison of university students’ attitude towards semester
system faculty wise, Thematic Comparison of attitude of students on the basis of
weighted mean). So, the attitude in the average is positive towards semester system.
