The sample of the study consisted of 30 teachers of lower secondary level teaching at government aided schools in Rukum district. The third chapter deals with methods and procedures of the study under which design of the study, population and sample, sampling strategies, study area/field, data collection tools, data collection procedures, analysis and interpretation procedure are mentioned. The fourth chapter i.e. analysis of data and interpretation of results includes the analysis of data and interpretation of results and summary of the findings.
