Influence of study, Early marriage due to dowry,Gender discrimination between son
and daughter and Less home study opportunity for girls.
The findings of this case study show that the participation of girls in
mathematics is lower than boys because girls are not free to get education rather than
boys. In Yadav society, most of the parents are uneducated and they think high
education creates high dowry. Most of parents think that girls are supposed to be a
member to another family after marriage. In our society, most of people interpret
negatively regarding the higher education of girls. There is low participation of girls
at higher level education due to social environment, poor economic conditions,
illiterate parents and higher dowry system.
