dc.description.abstractThe title of this research study is Students’ Perceptions towards the Relevance of Blended Learning. The main objective of this study was to explore the students’ perceptions towards the relevance of blended learning in English language learning. To accomplish this study the researcher had followed survey research design and thirty students of Central Department of English Education, Tribhuvan University, Nepal were selected as sample by using purposive non random sampling procedure. The questionnaire was used to collect the primary data. The obtained data were tabulated, analyzed and interpreted according to the objectives. The major finding of this study is students showed positive perceptions towards blended learning and viewed that it should be practiced in Central Department of English Education, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. It was also found that if Central Department of English Education practices blended learning students’ educational needs will be fulfilled easily which enhances the quality of Education. This thesis spreads in five chapters. The first chapter includes background of the study, statement of the problem, objectives of the study, research questions, de-limitations and significance of the study, and operational definition of key terms. The second chapter includes review of the related literature, implications of the review of the study and the conceptual framework. The third chapter deals with the methods and procedures of the study. Similarly, fourth chapter is about analysis and interpretation of data. Finally, the fifth chapter presents findings, conclusion and recommendations in different area (policy related, practice related and further research related), followed by reference and appendices.en_US
