Abstract

This research has focused on the racial prejudice faced by the non-magical race from the magical group. The research examines the racial relation between the magically powerful wizard Lord Voldemort, Death Eaters, pure-blood wizards and the non-magical group. The magical race with pure-blood wizards and witches try to wipe out the non-magical humans only in the pretext of magically powerless race. The racial war is for the extermination of non-magical blood that is subservient to magically powerful wizards and witches. Descendents of magical and non-magical blood are also impure race and subject to extermination, to make the magical race with only pure-blood wizards and witches. The extermination and domination of them by Death Eaters and pure-blood wizards under the leadership of Lord Voldemort has been traced scenario in this research. This research explores how the social definition set up by wizard-kind effect the non-magical blood and their life. Thus, the research reveals the racial relation, exclusion of the other and disempowerment of the non- magical blood in the text.
